Gas boiler service

    Do you provide the service by in house employees or do you outsource the work? My boiler was installed 11 months ago (not by EI) and its working great and still under warranty. I just need to get a regular yearly service for it. If anything goes wrong after the service by EI, will EI take responsibility and look after it?
