    Hi Oghran,

    Thanks for getting in touch.

    We're very sorry to read this. The disruption was due to an unplanned power outage and the repair works were finished at 5pm yesterday.

    Would you mind sending us a PM with the following details and we will certainly follow up on this for you?

    - Name;
    - Address; &
    - Contact Number

    Once these details are received via PM, we will be able to assist you further.

    Kind regards,
    Louise

    This is still off even though it should have been back by 5pm. It's been nearly 24 hours now. Any updates?

    Hi Oghran,

    Thank you for your message.

    The estimated completion time for these works was 5pm today and it may take 2-3 hours for your supply to return fully.

    However, if your supply does not return fully over the next 2-3 hours, please let us know and we will follow up for you.

    Kind regards,
    Louise
