    Search the user name on boards.

    Given they are a member since 2010 that goes back to a time when adverts and boards were as one with shared access. Most likely are a member but may not be active.

    It's even easier than that - if you click a person's id/username in adverts you are taken to their profile page, opposite "social" on that are three icons in a row, the third one is boards. If that is enabled, not grey, it will link directly to the person's boards profile ...
