    Hi

I am just wondering could you recommend a really good surgeon who likes to preserve fertility. My endometriosis is severe.

Are you a member of Endometriosis Association of Ireland? They will add you to a private group page on Facebook where women talk and advise on their experiences of surgery in Ireland.
Unfortunately there are no excision specialists in Ireland and a lot of women look into the Cross Border Directive Scheme and travel north or to UK for specialists.
If that is not an option for you and you want to get treated in Ireland,
Dr. Hugh O' Connor in James' hospital or Dr. Aoife O' Neill in Tallaght hospital are top of the list for removal and ablation.
I would also consider freezing eggs before any surgery as it can reduce your ovarian reserve, especially if you need cysts removed. Have an AMH blood test done before surgery so you know what your numbers are.
I would suggest SIMS or Repromed clinic. Or your GP can do the AMH blood test if you prefer.
    Hope that helps.
