Nokia Lumia 800 file transfer

    Any ideas on how to get photos off an old Nokia Lumia 800.

    Pc won't recognise it and it won't let me attach to emails.

    Any ideas

    Try each of the USB ports on the PC, sometimes they will not work on USB 3.0.

    Ye tried that different usb cable aswell. No joy

    Is that one of the older models you needed the zune software installed on PC to do file transfers ?

    Try downloading Nokia Suite (Windows 7 or older needed). It might recognise the Nokia 800.
