Advice needed: New Head Unit or Dension Gateway BT?

    I want to add bt / aux music streaming to a 2006 Audi A4 Cabriolet.

    I've seen lots of recommendations online for plugging a Dension Gateway into the back of the existing head unit (audi concert II) http://www.dension.com/automotive/products/car-multimedia-solutions/gateway-lite-bt

    However, it seems like getting a new head unit with BT and Aux built in from Halfords or somewhere similar would be cheaper unless I'm missing something.

    Any advice if you know about these things would be much appreciated!
