Hi.
Bottom line is we hate it.
As a Spring project, propose powerhosing to remove any chips about to drop and to clean.

The next step is where i would appreciate guidance.
What should i apply and how to "bond" the remaining chips and accept the paint layer?

My fear is jumping in and painting and chips falling off over time after.

Any tips, guidance experiences appreciated.
