PAYG Top up banking online not applied

    I topped up a meteor payg mobile that was inactive as not topped up in a while on Dec 6th, the top up never went through, I rang customer services twice and they said take a screen shot of the bank transaction and email to them as they could not see the credit purchase, I emailed a few times now and each time it has bounced back to my inbox as undelivered, I rang yet again to be told go into an eir shop and they'd sort it. I did this and they were unable to lift the bar on my account due to not having topped up in over 6 months and said to ring ye, I have been trying to ring but had no luck getting through, can someone please sort this out for me. It;s almost a month now and no credit applied.

    Hi cowlick,

    I'm sorry to hear of the issues you've been having in attempting to top up. 

    After 150 days a number that has not been topped up will be unable to make any outgoing services. The number will still be able to receive incoming calls and texts.
