Hi, My father will be in abroad for 1 month and he needs to ensure his card works overseas without any issues. Can he call a number to notify you of this instead of 365 Online ? What is the number he should call ? Thanks

We would advise that our customers leave a travel notification before departure by logging into 365 online and select online service desk then add travel notification or by calling our customer service team on 0818 365 365 an advisor will be happy to help you.
