    Hi,

    My partner and I are looking to assign our fixed term one year tenancy as of 1 February 2018. The current lease is until 1 September 2018. Rent is €1850 per month.

    The apartment is located in the Beechwood Court development, just off the N11 in Stillorgan, co. Dublin. It is a modern 2 bed, 2 bath apartment that comes with a secure underground parking space.

    They do allow to advertise accommodation in this way.
