Fiat 500 to go this year

So with no end to the electrical problems in my 500 I'm thinking of trading it in for a newer car or maybe a new car. I was thinking the Kia Picanto because of the warranty. A couple of things though:

I'm kinda fed up with people up my arse at 140* because they're not looking at the speedo but the car in front of them (or beside them) and 11+ seconds to get to 100 is a wee bit of a pisser merging etc.

I do the M1 run up to Banbridge (from Dublin) about twice a month, otherwise it's Kilbarrack to DCU for the wife so really a push bike would do that hence why I like city cars.

Any suggestions/options/thoughts most welcome. Actually quite liked the 500 otherwise even if I did look like the world's worst dressed hairdresser in it.

*I'd be overtaking, not sitting in the outside lane.
