    Little point discussing it here, omelettes and eggs, its gonna happen. Local residents need to pool together and get a liaison going with the contractor through Irish Water.

    Agreed. The residents of Sandymount/Ringsend got a significant community fund from the Aviva and Incinerator developments. This will be way less significant with little long term impact and mainly long term gain. I would imagine the remedy for potential damage from vibrations will be to wait to see if it happens and compensate at that point.
