Re-configuring my setup

Im attaching a rough sketch showing "A" my current viewing setup and "B" what I hope to do with it. At the moment I can watch whatever is on the Sky box on a second tv as the HDMI cable is split but it would be a great bonus if I could also watch channels on the second tv which are coming in via the Freeview box and Amazon Firestick.

So before I go to the bother of rearranging everything is it possible to do what is shown on layout "B"

    Thanks.

Don't see why it shouldn't work. A disadvantage might be that there would be less options for othere people to watch different devices on each tv at the same time, unless you connect by a different method. A 4 port switcher would be enough for the sources you have drawn.

Thanks for that. I was thinking / hoping that this would work.

The 2nd tv is in the kitchen so wont be watched a lot but it would be nice to have the option of watching stuff from the other devices. That aside I do have Freeview and Saorview on both TVs so plenty of choice :)

The 5 port switcher might be a wee bit of an overkill but we also have a blue ray player which is seldom used but might make more use of it now.
