Hi, I have a 1950s Dublin council house, and all the ceilings upstairs are sloped where it meets the wall
I am topping up my attic insulation & all this sloped area is uninsulated, presumably for ventilation (?)
The slope is about 20 inches, so overall a sizeable enough area. Do I need to worry about this, or is it ok once there is enough insulation on the attic floor ?
I read somewhere that for sloped area you should insulate from room level with dry-lining, but that sounds like a lot of work as will need to plaster over it.

Thanks in advance for any replies
