Hi. Have a new Bravia smart 4k tv. if someone ou there has one you may be able to help as Google searches have not found tbe answers.

1. Wi-fi - for some reason the tv will not connect tom wi-fi. Wired works fine but not wi-fi. I am wit Virgin and router is in samexroom as tv. my ps3 is in the room above and connects without issue.

2. Usb stick - when you connect it to the tv nothing happens. When I check in Storage and Reset in Settings it just says the device has been safely ejected. I formatted the stick and made sure it was formatted to FAT32. Tv recognises it by name.

Any help or advice greatly appreciated.
