Nest not working - no hot water - help?

    Got a Nest Thermostat a few months ago, has been fine but suddenly the hot water is not working. I totally reset the whole schedule thing last night - woke up to cold water. I have guests staying so this is a serious problem. Any suggestions on what I can do? I cant seem to call them as it's Sunday..

    Post a picture of any motorised valves in your hotpress.
    Are your radiators heating up?
