    Hi all

I have FTTH for a few weeks now and today I can't connect over wi-fi on either 2.4 or 5ghz

I've a 2nd router as an access point and even if I turn off the WiFi on the f2000 I still can't connect,

Switching off the access point also results in no connection,

It looks like the f2000 is failing to allocate IP address or something along those lines have rebooted everything a few times,

Is this in line with the issues the f2000 is famous for

    Thanks

I get very similar symptoms but a reboot of the F2000 always fixes it for a while.

The F2000 was stable for about 5 months (apart from the 2.4GHz band disappearing regularly). Been playing up since just before Christmas

F2000 issues here lately on efibre, seems to be a widespread issue with these modems.

Had the F2000 installed only a few weeks ago and lost internet last Friday. An hour with support diagnosed the router as gone. Replacement arrived today and same issue. So now a technician being sent out. Can't believe they keep using these units.
