Argos deal with item out of stock. Two month wait

I bought a DJI spark deal in Argos and one of the items was out of stock. They gave me what they had in stock a said that if in two months the battery (missing item) came into stock I could clame it as part of the deal. If not, I would lose the deal. That seems a bit unfair since they might not receive the battery (almos 2 months already and nothing). Anything I can do about that?

Return the rest of the items for a refund or ask them to extent the time
