Recommend OBD2 diagnostic scanner

While on the subject of OBD2 diagnostic scanners, can anyone recommend a good all round one? Something in the €150-€200 ( or even a bit more )bracket? I realise that full professional scanners can cost €2000 or more. But there should be a reasonably capable one around in that price range? Thanks for any info or advice,
