    Hi all

I've just had my boiler repaired (hallelujah!) and the plumber tells me that I'll need to replace it, and seperate out the heating from hot water. According to the SEI website I can get a grant for €700 towards it.

How much, ballpark, would a decent new boiler be?

It's not much problem to seperate the heating from the hot water as the boiler is in the hot press with the immersion. (Not much of a hot press as there's so much lagging around the immersion - it's an old copper one, wrapped in the red insulatating jackets.)

Any idea how much I'd be looking at?
    Thanks
    JC
