    A place that people believe the teachers are really good and that is successful for people moving on to third level

    People move on to Third Level if they get the required number of Distinctions. I doubt there is a teacher in the country has not had at least one student get a distinction. It's really up to the student.

    Be aware for nursing, even getting the full amount of Distinctions may not get you in through the QQI route. Perhaps, as a back up, you should investigate English colleges that allow Irish QQI entrants.
