    Hi there My weekly hap contribution is usually taken out of my bank account today was just wondering if everyone’s was taken or are they just late with the holidays thanks

    It’s not an issue for HAP it’s an issue for the bank.
    If you ring your bank they will be able to tell you when they expect to be able to process standing orders and direct debits etc.
    the important thing is to ensure that there’s enough money in your account to cover the rent, whenever it goes out.

    Thanks for the reply , there’s money in the account alright . And to be honest I never even taught about contacting the bank I’ll get on to them now thank you and happy new year.
