Is there a way that I could buy a phone from CWUK, bring a resident of the RoI, and have a contract there? I would suppose an address in the UK is needed. And the SIM unlocking of the handset.

you're not going to pass the application process without a UK postal address , and proof of it. If at that address less than 3 years, you're going to need the previous address too.

add in a UK bank account as well. Why would you need a UK handset if not resident there, lots of Irish business plans give your UK calls if that's what your after.
