Want to try and pick your brains. Has any of you ever had physiotherapy at St James Hospital in Dublin, as an in-patient? Did your therapist introduce him...herself by first name only. So difficult to trace somebody by a first name especially in a hospital of this size.

So, do any of you remember the names of a physio you have encountered at this hospital...do you remember first names, last names or both? Also, if you have any little stories...good or bad about any experience you might have had, please share them with us here

Thank you and waiting to read from you xx

I might use them to fix the issue of the external ligaments strain or stretch that I had X rayed. The nurse did not give me a print out of the X ray. Just said to phone them. Until I phone them within 5 days I am not discharged. It sucks not to have a GP card anymore or have health insur6nace setup.

I know hospital staff have 4 years of training garanteed. I hope that they will be cheap and progress to sport type exercises rather than stop at jumping on one foot in 4 directions which is half assed rehabilitation. Last year I had a peroneal tendon tear grade 2 which fixed up nicely. I think physio might not work. I don't know what to do. How to earn more to afford stem cell therapy or a platelet injection. I would even inject SARMS into my ankle but steroids weaken structures. Rest is the most important. How come no one has answered yet?
I learned do not check your foot for dog crap otherwise you can roll over onto your other foot in the dark in the way to work. Keep a spare pair of shoes in your locker. Sports trainers often complete the rehab so I would save towards using them for end stage physio. I was just told by the previous public health physio to do sport even kickboxing. Otherwise you will lose your golden age. To be honest all I ever need is a punching bag and cones for agility without head trauma.
