Water pressure very low

    Hi everyone
Anyone have an idea why there is so low water pressure Mt Merrion area?
My neighbours rang up to say they couldn't have showers
Our taps have hardly any water upstairs
The neighbour said that they've rang up the County Council to see if there is a broken watermain but they said there isn't, there's nothing.

Anybody else notice this? Is there some reason for it?

Low water pressure from the public supply will initially only affect the cold water tap in your kitchen, every other tap and shower is fed from the water tank in the attic.

You may have frozen pipes in the attic.

Thank you. It seems to me a bit strange that two houses should both have the same problem if it isnt the public supply.
The next house on is unoccupied for the week and I wonder if the people there left a tap running or they have a big leak or something
