Hi guys, myself and a mate are going giving up the fags in January. We are thinking of going to a hynotherapist but have no idea how it works, is it any good etc. Would appreciate any feedback anyone can give. Would prob be aiming to go to someone around Limerick area but not essential if there is better recommendations…
