If a gig is sold out is there a waiting / cancellation list for an accessible ticket?

I know standard tickets sell on some sites but i've never seen accessible 1s for sale.

Generally you have to call Ticketmaster to purchase accessible tickets, the website doesn't have a function to buy them online.

Not sure about other sellers, however since there are generally very few accessible tickets sold compared to normal admission, they are unlikely to appear on resale sites.
