Yeah we knocked down the dividing wall between two bedrooms and made a decent room. They are paper thin and easy to do.
Just make sure any electrical cables are not stretched etc.
There was a lat on floor and ceiling on ours and a few more in the middle and we left the ceiling one in case roof would sag without it
