Just been for a walk, so thought I'd answer the annual question before it's asked:

Hughes Woodquay, The Front Door, The Quays and Freeneys are open now.

The Kings Head isn't opening today.

    Kennedys is open.

Darcy's is open for locals / regulars only - use the side door.

No clues either way yet from others on Shop / High / Quay St.

Various cafes are open, you'll have no problem getting coffee.

About 1/2 of the shops are open (River Island from 8am, ffs!)

Streets are busy enough for now, but I suspect it will quiet down again.

And Bus Éireann are running a Sunday timetable on city routes.
