Storage problem

Young lad got Plants v Zombies for Christmas. Message says we need 12gb of data to install the game, we have 400gb free and its saying not enough room. Anyway ideas?

How to Fix Error Occurred & Error CE-35694-7

1. Plug-in PS controller to the Play Station

2. Hold and press the power button on Play Station 4 for couple of seconds until you hear beep sounds then you see light bar flashing wait until it's fully shut down

3. Press and hold Eject &a Power together until Play Station 4 Turn back on.

4. Wait for Play Station 4 system storage statues checking finished

5. Then follow the instructions.
