Laptop for graphic design. Where to buy ?.

I need a laptop for graphic design . But i dont want to order one online . I would like to go to a shop and get one . I found this one -> https://new.powercity.ie/product/409310 But im not sure if its gonna be good enough for rendering videos as well . Maybe some other recommendations ? I can spend up to 1200 e .
