What reason are they giving for them to think it is false?
What condition or symptoms are you claiming to have? Is your doctor agreeing with or hesitant to agree with your condition?
What tablets are you on (prescription or over the counter)?

What are you expecting from them?

You should ring the doctor's office on speakerphone with your manager standing beside you and ask them to confirm that the cert is valid.

Ok Patrick. Did you ask him why he thinks your doctors note is a fake?
Are you only producing a doctors note now after being out sick for 4 weeks?
Did you apply for SW Illness Benefit?

Op has opened 2 threads in legal discussion forum asking for advice on suing an employer, op, is the "slip" you refer to the slip which caused your injury, or the GP cert?
