Optimuss box - settings help

    Hi all,

    I have a question I hope you can help, i one an optimuss combo box, I’ve listed all my favourite channels with a combination of Irish and UK.

    A while back the box wasn’t working great and I pressed a setting on the remote and now I can’t fix it.

    When I’m on the favourite channels it goes from RTÉ 1 - RTÉ 2 - Tv 3 - bbc one - bbc 2 etc etc.
    So when I’m on RTÉ 1 actually watching the channel and I go to press up (this should bring RTÉ 2 next) but bbc one comes on, then if I do the full loop around the channels pressing up it only shows up the UK channels ??

    I hope I explained properly please if anyone can help me to set it right again.

    I have 2 of these boxes and the other one works fine
