    As a new start up, can i sell somebody else's manufactured good as part of my new product? Is it even legal??

    If you mean buy and resell then why not. If you mean sell some form of clone of someone else's product, then it depends on what Intellectual Property they might have on the product. If you mean sell counterfeit goods, then it's a flat out no.

    It depends on what you plan on doing. If you wanted to sell hampers it would be no problem to buy branded food wholesale and then put in a basket but if you wanted to just buy a branded product and rebrand it as your own or something then you're going to have issues.
