    Inspired by other thread, what are your Tetra tips & tricks? Stuff you wish you were told from day 1.

    Mine is, on the base unit, you can find the time of a missed call by pressing the green call button, go to the missed call (black tab) and then press down arrow. This will also remove the "missed call" symbol.

    Think I figured that out early on. But I like the way you think. Good tip.

    Another one (from a 2 year vet);
    Call your handheld from the base unit, so you now know the easy number of the base unit, in case you need to call it.

    I didn't know people even bothered to use the base radio.
    But doing the same thing rideronthestorm suggested on the vehicle radio stops the flashing orange/white when you miss a call.
