Rounding of Annual Leave

I have 39.87 hours annual leave and work a 36.25 hour week/7.25 hour day. My contract states that this is to be rounded to the nearest half day. I have worked this out at 5.49 days so would that be 5.5 or would it go down to 5 even? It doesn't seem to specify rounded up or down

If it states the nearest half day than that dictates the direction (up or down) of the rounding automatically i.e. 5.5 is nearer than 5 in this case, so it would be 5.5 in this case. If you had 5.2 days it would be nearer to 5 etc.
