Facetime (or Skype) mirrored onto Smart TV?

I was just wondering if there is any way to mirror facetime or skype from an iphone/ipad onto a smart tv (samsung). Samsung used to support Skype and had a Skype app, but apparently doesn't now. I don't have an apple tv. Thanks :)
