question on sw + hap and kid moving away

    so guys here is my question .
    A relation of mine is currently receiving the dole + hap . Her son has been accepted into the Gards for training .
    So how does this effect the social welfare payements ? If anything . Is there a reduction in HAP perhaps ?

    Any thoughts or views appreciated .

    She needs to let them know he's moved out and they will adjust it as necessary.

    I doubt her JA payment will change, hap may do but she needs to tell them as it's in her contract with them.

    There are different HAP limits depending on how many people live in the property.
