Door Handles

I need to replace the door handles in my gaffe - many of them the springs are gone and a few are tarnished. Stupid question but id the keyhole the same distance from the handle (e.g. can I do a straight swap) or do you need to replace in inards too? TIA!

Will be a straight swap! Not a stupid question though. It’s a swap you can do easily yourself

I need handles put on 3 bedroom and 1 bathroom doors. Anyone know how much that would cost for someone to come out and do that? Or is it easy enough to do myself? They are old doors, handles removed so holes in doors from previous fittings!
