No Heating / Hot Water baxi duo combi boiler

I have a baxi duo tec combi 33, the error flashes 1st with "E1" and then flashes with "10"

I noticed the heating wasn't on, then checked the hot water tap and nothing.
Went to the boiler and saw pic 1 (attached)

I reset the boiler (turned dial anti-clockwise for 5 seconds) then turned it off / on,
see pic 2



Now I'm a total numpty when it comes to stuff like this, so is this for a gas engineer to fix or is there something I could do, with somebody's guidance ??

I've a Baxi throwing up various error codes, this list was useful.

Yeah, saw that list but thought best to have an
Engineer take a look.

He took off the front panel, the pump is exposed, the screw on the pump was turned anti-clockwise until the air was released and water started to trickle. Heating then worked.

The pump maybe on its last legs, so we'll wait and see
