Echannelizer and Enigma2 what are bouquets?

I've just bought my first linux sat box and I am aiming for a simple quiet life whereby I can see a list of all my channels, preferably in the order I like.

My new box insists that grouping channels into 'bouquets' is a better solution but I don't want channels organised by theme or category, I just want to click once to see an overall channel list - I'll never use the 'news' or 'movies' sections or any of the sections.

The amiko mini combo I came from using did this nicely, click the middle button and you see a list of all channels.

This new box (Goldenmedia hypercube) has to be capable of similar functionality but I can't figure it out.

So, I downloaded Echannelizer and it seems a pretty slick bit of software that is somewhat lacking in the documentation department. For example, I want to use it to trim the chafe from the freesat selection and order my channels by their numbers on the remote (101 = RTE 1, 102 = RTE 2 and so on).

I've connected to my box, imported the channels but when I delete all bouquets and just try to organise based on one level of channels they all disappear when I reimport them.

Any idea what I'm doing wrong?

You need to create a bouquet for the channels you want, name it whatever takes your fancy, drag and drop channels into it and move them up and down to suit,

You will need to insert hidden markers if you want your channels starting at 101 etc

Thanks, I'll give that a go.
