I reported to Eir 4 days ago hat my broadband is down along with my neighbours.

I know of 6 neighbours in area who are same.

We all reported matter on phone to Eir and we wee told there is a major fault on the line and would take 3 to 4 days to repair.

Very frustrating here as still off and I work from a home office.

Can I pm you my account to see is there any light at the end of the tunnel?

I'm going to pm you my details now.

You won believe it but my broadband is still completely down!!!!!!!

It's down now 3 weeks and so is my pals who lives in town.

I was on phone to Eir many times and they just put the blame on the other company who are contracted for repairs.

Eir can't see any reports on their system from the repair company.

It's an absolute joke at this stage.

I have a family in my home for Christmas from USA and they can't believe it.

I have Netflix and basic online subs that I can't access for almost a month!!!!

I have a home office too and had to abandon that and travel 6 km daily to another office.

My employer pays for the line rental if it was myself I'd be closing it. :(
