Water refund incase of change of address

    I've changed my address and paid water bill for my last address through mybills.ie as one-off payment meaning without creating an online account. Now when I try to sign up I get a message that "No Premise found for the account number". However I can see my refund amount and also a message that cheque to be issued in Nov 2017. How do I get around this problem?
