    Hi All
Looking for a bit of advice
Want to buy a printer / scanner and would like a few recommendations
It will mainly be for scanning at first. Ideally scanning direct to Google drive if that's possible . Not a deal breaker though as I have a good laptop .
Printing would be intermittent at first . Couple of pages a week. Will be doing a college course next year when volume will increase a bit but have access to printer at work for larger items .
Want a small one too as I may bring it between work and home some weeks
Be hoping to get one around 50 euro ? Don't want one that will have my heartbroken either !!!!!

Would that be a good one

For amount of printing volume you describe, linked printer perhaps will be OK

As with regards printing to Google drive(same as Dropbox, One Drive, etc.), just select that folder on you PC/Lap in scanner(software) as destination and it will sync. See attached.

As long you connecting to printer over USB it's simple either @ home or work. It will work seamlessly as soon you power it on(after initial setup).
However, if you set connection over WiFi, once you move to work(different network)you will need to reconfigure network settings each time - network connected printer meat to be stationary, with static IP for peace of mind.

To summarize - get printer/scanner, install it, and come back if you need advice how to set up Google drive as destination.

    Thanks a lot
    Might just go for it
Does it take generic ink then ?

Ink will be specific per printer model and it's most expensive part - printer manufacturers making money on ink supply, that's why they giving printers for pennies.
Same ink cartridges might be compatible for several models. If you not printin high quality photo prints, you can buy non genuine cartridges on eBay or elsewhere.
    For this specific model:
