    I have a fixed term contract, but I am just wondering if it is correct that I am on pay point 1? Primary teacher by the way.

    Ah OK. I though the fact that I did some subbing last year I might be further up the scale.

    You weren't qualified so wouldn't be counted for incremental service, I'd imagine.
