Revenue.ie website has changed, having trouble claiming tax back

    Hi,

    So the revenue.ie website changed a few months ago for the first time in almost 10 years, I used to always follow some guides online and on youtube for filling it out but now with the changes to the layout, all those guides are effectively useless. I am already registered with the site from a few years ago, but once I log in its completely foreign now.

    I checked the sticky above but it doesn't appear to have been updated to reflect the new layout on the site, has anyone here claimed their tax back on the site since the changes were made ?, I just want to do it before the year is out for 2013.

    Follow these steps, I think this is what you want to do.

    1. Paye Services
    2. Review your tax 2013-2016
    3. Scroll to the year you want (2013)
    4. Under review type form 12 select submit.
    5. There will be a number of tabs. First select the income tab and confirm the income information agrees to your p60. Then go to the tax credits and enter details for any additional tax credits you believe results in a refund (medical etc)
    6. Go to the final tab and press submit
