i purchased a 12 focus 3 months ago from main dealer.I`ve had nothing but trouble the biggest thing is water in the boot. They repaired it once.Came back again sales rep told me to fcuk off when i rang to tell them. They repaired but its back again.Have i any rights.I`ve looked for a refund replacement car they say no
