MiniMX Android TV box - need help with flashing

    Hello

    I got one of these MiniMX boxes model p200

    They have annoying boot up logo. I got the ROM for it and I am executing SD installation (I unzipped the ROM and I replaced logo.bin file with file I got from a thread that had example logo.bin) but whenever I try to install my modified rom using CWM it does not do anything?

    Any ideas or someone has time in Dublin to show me how to do it?
