Regular Dublin based semi detached house. Anybody have any idea the rough height from the gutter to the ground. Two floors, eight foot ceilings = 16 foot plus what? Thanks

About 17 foot from ground to gutter, depending on your floor joist size(9x2 or 7x2) and the step into the house.
Can I ask why? If it's for a ladder to clean the gutters etc then you need to go at least 2 foot longer.

Don't worry I have a longer ladder than that and a standoff or whatever you call it that lifts the ladder from the wall and clear of the gutters. Somebody asked me in relation to lengths of Christmas lights. Thanks
