Convection part in storage heater

    Dear all,
I have finally figured out the storage part of my storage heater (Supaslim combi: Creda TSR24CW). Now problem is- its so cold that storage is proving ineffective. When I tried to switch on the convection part, it only 'clicks' on when the output is set to a very low number of 2.5 or lower. At higher levels it makes a click sound and switches off. The range of input seems to have no effect on this. I could not find an answer on any forum, so posting here hoping for some help. Thanks for your time.
